Lead Safe Somerville 

Somerville property owners whose household income is than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) or whose tenants earn less that 80% AMI can meek their homes lead-safe with assistance through a federal grant. Call 617-625- 6600 ext. 2588 for mere details! 

Senior Home Repair Funding 

Do you have repairs or upgrades you’d like to make to your home, but are holding o because you’re on a xed income? Does your income fall below the income limits set below? 

If you answer yes, and can provide required documenta- tion; then the City of Somerville will be able to provide funding for home repairs and improvements. e City
